Coat of Arms for Synlog Support Team

On Last Saturday we had a fun game on Team Building presided over by Rahul.

The objective of the game was to found out the essence of the team spirit and to come out with our Team's Coat of Arm's.

At first the following graphics was given to each member.

Where in
1 One has to graphically represent their recent achievement.
2 One has to graphically represent one thing that everybody does not know about him/her.
3 Graphically represent how one likes to spend his spare time.
4 Graphically represent anything he/she is good at.
5 One has to draw or write about about one's motto in life.

Then paper was exchanged with each other where one has to give his comments on the graphical representation. This was then tabulated and Team's common Coat of Arm was formed.

We hope this can be followed in all other departments and we can all share our experience here in the blog.
